CHEESEY GRIN

Satan must be sitting with a huge cheesey grin on his face all the time anymore. I mean really. Look around. There is so much sadness and sorrow.

I think just now of a little girl laying in a hospital bed who has fought for years for her life. Now she lays precariously perched again - still fighting.

And I think of the person I deal with at my afternoon job who is struggling so hard with the mental illness. Its escalating and the person is powerless to understand what is happening. I pray that they can get medical relief soon.

And we can all add 1/2 dozen other things to the list by thinking of folks in our own circle -- our Pastor's mom died today for instance.

Big cheesey grin. How evil. Thank goodness God reminds us in little ways - a seed wafting through the air being carried along by the silky sail that God attached for just this purpose (flying to a new home!). Or a little child laughing shyly because you said hello to them and it made them (nervously) happy.

God hold us tight - we KNOW the road is going to get bumpier before it gets better. Maybe we won't get better shock absorbers for the ride, but at least don't let us fall out (of your favor!).
